Long time no see

I went out to Shelberg to work on the stash trails with Paul Prough today, it's sure been a long time since I've seen him. He never got a chance to clean up some of the trails this year so there's still a lot of blowdown from last winter. The late spring melt this year made it hard to get to the trails.

Broken Arm = Fat Butt

I don't Diet, I exercise...

It's hard to get any exercise when you have a broken arm.

At least the cast is now gone and I actually was able to stand riding the trainer for an hour while watching Warren Millers "RIDE"

What a beautiful mess we have.

I don't want to know how much my retirement savings have lost in the last couple weeks. At least I have another 30 years or so for it to recover.. Or when the Bolsheviks take over it won't matter anyways.
